  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray or aluminum foil.
  2. Throw all the ingredients in the blender. Use 1-2 tbsp of water to get the mixture moving if having a difficult time. I used all 2 tbs.
  3. Form into patties. And bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for ten minutes and they will become more dense and burger-like.
