When I first met my husband, we had butter on everything. I do mean everything. We were seventeen and made pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches for almost every meal in our apartment. Let’s just say, I wasn’t much of an experienced cook. Even though, still years later, I keep a big container in my fridge and am happy to share those pancakes, grilled cheese and muffins with my family.

But butter isn’t just for adding to the top of your favorite foods, it makes the best creamiest and delicious baked goods, sauteed veggies and savory cooked meat. We’ve always used I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Always.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread with sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture on slow speed just until blended. Stir in raisins. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 32 bars.
