This is one of my favorite categories of food to eat! I didn’t realize there was a world called “raw” until I entered the blogging world. For me personally, I enjoy eating raw and I enjoy eating whole cooked foods as well. (Thus my blog, wink. wink) My children also enjoy eating my raw treats and snacks too.
What is raw?
Raw is any kind of food that you prepare and make without cooking. Ways to prepare raw can include a blender, dehydration, food processor etc. as long as the food has not been cooked.
Why eat raw foods?
When food is cooked, it tends to kill the enzymes and nutritional values our bodies need. By eating raw, you are guaranteed to receive those nutrients.
There is so much more than just eating a carrot but creating beauty out of these foods. Go ahead, give it a try and you may just like it
