The Blogger Spotlight: Joy Focused Learning

Hey ya’ll,

I had so much fun starting off The Blogger Spotlight last week that I think we should make this a weekly event. Don’t you?

Let me share with you my next awesome blogger, Angela from Joy Focused Learning. Now, you may have seen Angela before, after all, she’s no stranger to MBB.  We tag team every Wednesday to bring you our Anything Goes Linky Party. PS Did you join last week? No, look for it tomorrow!

Meet Angela

I personally love Angela for many reasons. For starters, she’s a homeschooling mom. As most of you know, I have two children and when I was considering homeschooling, I went to her site for some great projects and inspiration. You will love her creativity (and printables) so don’t be a stranger! She stands out with her Spanish Resources as well. My favorite thing about Angels, is that she’s authentic and real as you will soon find out.

Want to know more about this talented Mama. Here’s what Angela has to say:

MBB: Why did you start blogging?

Joy Focused Learning: I started blogging because I found myself making quite a few things myself for our homeschool and I wanted to share them with other homeschoolers.

MBB: What inspires you?

Joy Focused Learning: My daughter. I am amazed by her loving spirit, curiosity, and her love of learning. She inspires me to be better as a teacher, as a mother and as a member of society.

MBB: What do you want your readers to know?

Joy Focused Learning: I don’t have it all together! As awesome as my little girl is, we certainly have difficult moments. I am a terrible housekeeper, I am forgetful, I could go on and on! The point is, all of us have things we need to work on and I am know different. Sometimes as I sit and read other blogs I start to feel like they have all together, I want my readers to know that I certainly do not! I have things I struggle with just like you.

If you are new to MBB, I’ll give you a quick rundown of The Blogger Spotlight:

I started The Blogger Spotlight to share, highlight and connect readers to amazing bloggers. As a blogger myself, I enjoy and love the community so much that I wanted MBB readers to know all the bloggers they can. It takes time, effort, love and dedication to be a blogger. Why not put a spotlight on them?

Awww how lovely! Great to learn more about Amber! I love the spotlight feature too, that is a great way to spread the love! You are such a genuine person, and I totally agree about the community! I feel so much love from it, friends and family think I am crazy, but it is there! You are a perfect example of that! 🙂
